- After a campaign/website/profile is live
- Check DashThis for existing report
- Update report if necessary
- Create new report if none exists
- For new schedules check if report should be sent directly to client or to sales first (maybe on the CCF)
- First report should be sent 1 month after service begins unless otherwise specified
- If the client has an existing group created, add the dashboard to the group
- If the Sales consultant has an existing group, add the dashboard to the group
- Add the dashboard to the relevant product group
- Note the dashboard’s URL on the project/job
