Email Marketing Product Rules

Product Rules:

Customer supplies contact list in excel format
  1. The customer must supply contact list in csv format.
Adhering to GDPR regulations
  1. Contact list must be of persons who have opted in to receiving communication or must be a customer of the business.
One month deposit is required
  1. Monthly billing commences when product fulfillment begins.
Change Requests
  1. Change requests must be made within 3 business days after draft content is submitted.
Email template design
  1. Templates can be used interchangeably as needed. No structural changes are allowed. 
Content Creation
  1. Content is limited to images,  videos and customer supplied copy.
