IYD 2.0 Product Prerequisites


Important Prerequisites 

  1. All paid products require a ‘Paid Profile’ in order to be purchased.
  1. A one (1) month deposit is required for all Paid Profiles and other IYD products where payment is not required in full.
  1. In the case of renewal, confirmation of up-to-date payment is needed from Finance. If customer is current on their account, no deposit is needed. If customer has outstanding balance, they will need to settle the account before renewing and pay one (1) month deposit.
  1. In the case of Prestige Placement, Dynamic Right Placement, Inline Placement, Heading Banners, they must be placed under the same heading as the paid profile

Post-Sale Requirements 

  1. Signed Contract for IYD Product 
  2. Signed CCF with:
    1. Business section completed
    2. Product specific section completed
    3. Company Bio section must be completed (Max. 500 words, min. 100 words required)
    4. Identify whether the Bio is to be shown on the IYD as written or not 
  3. One (1) month deposit 
  4. Supplemental files required: 
    1. Editable Logo (Vector/Ai/PSD/EPS/PDF/PNG/JPEG) 
    2. High-Res Company Images (Max. of 10, min. of 2 required
NB: If internal content writing needed this is still a requirement 

CCF Checklist  

Does the CCF have the following: 
  1. Business Name 
  2. Business Phone 
  3. Address 
  4. Geocode 
  5. Heading(s) 
  6. Opening Hours 
  7. Business Email 
  8. Business Website 
  9. Social Links 
  10. Bio (Max Words: 500) 
  11. Keywords/Tags
  12. Customer Logo 
  13. Customer Name 
  14. Contact Phone # 
  15. Customer Images

All CCFs must be accurately completed with the relevant information prior to the submission of the contract. N/A should be indicated where the information requested does not apply.
