Photo Montage Video Product SLAs
What is the process for a customer to request a Photo Montage Video?
The Sales Consultant meets with the customer to determine their needs and intended use i.e. what they want in the video, video length, the platform e.g. Facebook, Twitter etc. The Content Collection Form (CCF) is also filled out with all of the customer information, product details and any other specific production instructions. Once the contract is signed, deposit collected and video assets received from the client; all information is submitted by the Sales Consultant to begin the production.
Sales Consultant will work closely with the customer before the contract is signed to collect any information about the
business and services.
How long does it take for the Photo Montage video to be produced?
The Photo Montage Video takes ten (10) business days to be produced.
What are the steps involved in the Photo Montage video production?

Only two sets of changes are allowed when the script and video are submitted for approval.
Content must be carefully reviewed by the customer as soon as the information is received.
