How are the video changes counted?

A customer currently is allowed a max. of 2 changes to the current video product. 
Please note within a change a customer can have a variety assets adjusted to their liking therefore a change should be seen as a round of changes and not 2 literal actions.
1st Change: 5 Changes (# of changes can vary so long as they are sent together as a batch)
2nd Change: 8 Changes

Hint: After reviewing with client all changes should be sent in as a batch as seen in the example above.

How would the sales consultant know when to advise the customer that the change will incur a cost?

After the second change set the customer will incur a charge. This additional change will be done via the UDAC (xxxx) and the price would be ($$$).

Will customers have direct contact with the vendor/person creating the video?

The customer will not have direct contact with the vendor. However, the customer will have contact with a Digital Fulfillment Specialist who will in turn manage the communication with the vendor.

If the customer does not provide any images; will we be able to provide / purchase generic images that can be branded with company logo? If so will this be at a extra cost?

Yes, stock photo images can be purchased at an extra cost for all video products. 

What if after two changes the customer is not satisfied, what happens then?

While all major changes outside of the 2 sets of changes will attract an additional cost.  Any costs associated with additional minor changes outside of the allowed 2 sets are subject to discretion on a case-by-case basis by the vendor.  

Do we have a private server or online space to share video previews, while still being produced?

The videos will be shared either via YouTube (unlisted) or through OneDrive. Both options will allow the video to be viewed by the customer.

Are there any limitations for prospective clients on what can or cannot be included in the videos?

They are no limitations as to what a client can provide to be included as content for their video, once it fits within the parameters that are outlined in the video product packages. 

What are the types of video services currently being offered?

Animated: Original designs, drawings, illustrations or computer-generated effects that have been made to move in an eye-catching way.

Photo Montage Video: This is a series of individual photographs used in a video to convey a specific message.

Explainer Video: This is a short-form video usually used for marketing or sales purposes that highlights a company's product, service, or business idea in a compelling and efficient way.

What are the types of explainer videos offered?

Infographic: A video that is used to represent data and information visually.

Illustrated Text: Videos that focus on moving texts to evoke emotions and to convey a main idea to an audience.

Teacher Board: A style of video that makes the content appear handwritten on a school board.

Flat Design: A video that has 2-dimensional designs communicating information quickly.

3D Elements: With 3D Videos, objects are animated to appear in a 3-dimensional space. The animated objects can be rotated and manipulated to mimic the movements of real objects.

What is meant by Video Dimensions?

The video dimensions specifically refers to the width and height of the portrayal of the video. This is measured in pixels.
Example: 1920 x 1080 or 640 x 480

What is meant by Video Resolution?

The video resolution refers to a set standard dimension for video files. 
Example: SD - Standard Definition, HD - High Definition, Full HD - Full High Definition, UHD - Ultra High Definition & 4K - The K stands for thousand therefore 4K would be 4,000 pixels

What is meant by Aspect Ratio?

The width of the video in relation to its height is expressed normally as width x height or as a ratio. 
Example: 4x3, 16x9 or 4:3, 16:9

What is meant by Video Size?

The amount of space a video takes up on a storage device or in cloud storage. Size is measured in megabytes (MB) or gigabytes (GB). Longer or higher resolution videos take up more space.

What is meant by File Format?

The type of file produced as the final output of the video. Common file formats for video are .mov, .mp4, .avi, .wmv, .mpeg4, .flv, .3gpp, .webm

What is meant by Video Length?

The total play time of a video in hours and minutes.
