RUSH TV Product Rules - Promotional Packages

  1. Individual spots are NOT sold.
  1. All packages must be sold as designed by RUSH TV.
  1. Prepared Media assets/videos received must be uploaded to OneDrive and the link shared on the CCF.
  1. All jobs submitted must include the contract , 50% deposit, CCF, media schedule and 30 sec video.
  1. Videos must be 30sec or shorter.
  1. Videos must be submitted in the specified file format:  - MOV/MP4 Resolution - 1920X1080H264 codec.
  1. All ads that are to be processed must be captured as a link on the CCF in addition to being sent via email.
  1. Contracts should be received and normalized at least seventy two (72) hours prior to desired airtime.
  1. Sales consultants must provide details of the ad placement (specific live matches chosen, specific in-studio programming chosen, date and time for ads to be aired).
  1. Changes to ad placements may only be facilitated if made (72) hours prior to desired airtime.
  1. All changes must be submitted via email to representatives on the Data Management Team & Fulfillment Team copying the Data Management & Fulfillment Managers.
  1. Promotional packages offered must be entered using the custom UDAC - RUSHTK.
  1. Promotional packages are currently offered to new businesses ONLY.
  1. All jobs entered using the custom UDAC - RUSHTK must have prior approval from the Product Manager.
