E-Commerce Website Maintenance - Additional Notes: 

*If the request is determined to be complex after it has reviewed, the client will be notified of the expected time to completion when the request is acknowledged. Note that the standard operating hours are 8 am to 5 pm. Any requests received outside of regular business hours will be acknowledged on the next business day. Customers will also be provided with contact information we can use in case emergency situations that arise outside of regular business hours.
