Hello Yello Media Group team.

I want to quickly just run through the platform of the experience of what the Yext tool would look like from the view of the consultant and the best way for a consultant to navigate the platform and find their locations. Right now I am logged in as one of the consultants, Gabrielle Dasent's accounts and I'm logged in as that user. And upon logging in, this is going to be the overview page for each consultant in the portal, every sub account. Is is notated here on the portal page and each sub-account represents each territory. So depending on where each consultant sells, which territory they sell into, that is where they're going to be able to find their location.

So if they have locations in Trinidad and Tobago, what they would do is they would look for the Trinidad and Tobago sub-account. Hit manage account. And then that will put you into the Trinidad and Tobago account itself where the consultant is going to see all accounts within that account. And then if they wanted to go to their specific folder, they'll click on entities. They're going to see a list of folders of all the reps that are assigned to this territory. And if I look for Gabrielle, I'll be able to go into the folder here and see all the entities associated. And then if you wanted to dig deeper, you can click within a specific entity just to take a look at how much information is filled out within their profile. Additionally, you can look at the publisher listings statuses of your accounts as well.

So if you just click on all listings here, it's going to by default show you every single account. So again, if you wanted to specify your accounts only, you can then add a filter here. Click select folder and then just simply look for your name and apply that and then apply the filter. So now it's going to show you every single account pertaining to your specific book. Because you filtered your name within that folder. You could also just look it up individually as well. To make [a search] by by a specific by a specific entity. And now I'm only looking at this specific entity's statuses for the account. Last but not least is the analytics. So if you go into the dashboard settings, you're going to see your out-of-the-box dashboards that have been created for you to go in and take a look at the performance.

If you are a consultant that sells not only into one specific territory but multiple territories, then simply go back to the reseller portal or you can navigate here. Select the other territory that you might have locations in. And then if you go back into the entity it's the same flow, but just now you're in that other territory, in this case we're in Cayman and then you can go and look for your folder and then that way you can see all your your accounts there as well. Same thing with the listing status and then of course you're analytics. So hopefully this helps you give a good tutorial, but if you do have any questions just let me know and or you can reach out to Simon or [digitalhelp@yellomg.com] for more details there. Thanks.
