Finding The Portal Link in Yext - For Sales

Are you trying to send your customers Google and Facebook links to accounts in Yext? Follow the quick steps below.

Quick Steps

  1. Login into Yext https://www.yext.com/users/login with your username and password
  2. On the overview page click Manage Account on the far right of the sub-account (territory name) in the customers table. 
  3. Then click Entities in the left side navigation menu.                                                 
  4. Click [your name] in the folders list next to the left side menu
  5. Click on Columns to see dropdown option

  6. Navigate to Optimization Progress in the menu and check the box to the left
  7. Click on Apply to activate the progress bar.
  8. Then click the specific on the optimization filter for your sepcific Entity.

  9. Check Connect to Google Business Profile or Connect to Facebook Profile.  
  10. Click On Gererate a Link. 


  11. Copy the link provided.

  12. To complete this step, click ok.
