Website Product Process


Websites: Pre-Contract Signing

  1. Sales Consultant completes needs assessment with customer 
  2. Sales requests template options from Customer Success Team. Minimum 48 hours request time. bit.ly/ymtemplates
  3. Customer Success Specialist prepares two template options based on instructions from Sales Consultant 
  4. Sales Consultant presents two options to customer 

Templates

  1. 150 WordPress-based Elementor Templates
  2. Template name is used as the template “code” on the CCF

Websites: Pre-Contract Signing

  1. If not accepted, the assigned Customer Success Specialist then meets with the customer to gather detailed feedback on preferences
  2. Customer Success Specialist then determines an alternative template option for customer based on feedback
  3. Sales Consultant & Customer Success Specialist then present new option to customer 
  4. Contract signed: Executed or Sign & Hold

Points to Note

  1. Follow-up meeting between first and second template presentation should not be longer than one week away from the original meeting 
  2. Second template presentation may not be branded to customer but will showcase the functionality that the customer wanted 

Provisioning Responsibilities: Customer Success Team

  1. For all website builds the Customer Success Specialist will ensure that all website strategy information has been verified before delivery to the Digital Provisioning Specialist teams.
  2. The Customer Success Specialist will perform product proofing for any jobs in which the strategy was created by the Customer Success Specialist to ensure that the objectives and strategy set have been met and that the customer’s wishes have been followed. 
  3. The Customer Success Specialist will do client follow-ups for content and approvals if already involved with the client from the pre-sales process.
