  1. Consults with Customer to confirm needs and vision.
  2. Executes contract & submits items (contract, SLA, CCF, deposit, Customer files/images).
Quality Assurance 
  1. Review contract.
  2. If in order, normalize; if not, reject.
  3. Send to Fulfilment.
Provisioning Review 
  1. Review CCF confirming information.
  2. If Customer doesn’t have profiles, create new accounts.
  3. If Customer has profiles, request login details & access.
  4. Add profiles to Business Manager & Sprout Social.
Customer Contact 
Email sent to Customer outlining package, what to expect and requirements.
  1. Face-to-face meeting is arranged with Customer.
  2. If no response in 24 hours, Customer is called to confirm meeting time.
Customer Meeting 
Specialist meets Customer to discuss the first quarter plan.
  1. Discuss objectives, campaigns and content (creation & curation).
  2. Specialist collects organic content if available (photos, etc.)
Provisioning (Content Schedule)
Job is marked “live” in Adman. Accounts and consultant notified.
  1. Specialist creates content schedule.
  2. Schedule emailed to Customer for review and approval (24 hours).
  3. Boosted posts/ad campaigns, spend amount & duration are noted on schedule.
Provisioning (Content Approval)
  1. No response in 24 hours, Specialist follows up with call.
  2. Still unable to reach Customer or does not respond, posts are sent live.
  3. If Customer has changes, they are made and sent for review.
  4. Process repeated until approval.
Provisioning (Monitoring)
  1. Posts are monitored.
  2. Boosted posts and ads are actioned.
  3. End of month report is sent, and meeting with Customer is set up.
Customer Review Meeting 
  1. End of month meeting:
  2. Discuss report, new objectives and ad campaigns.
  3. Content collection and curation process is repeated.
